# AIRE 2 won't power on - Try a Hard Reset

### How to Perform a Hard Reset on Your AIRE 2

Sometimes technology just needs a quick refresh, and your AIRE 2 is no different. 

A hard reset is like giving your device a gentle “reboot,” similar to restarting a computer. 

This simple step often clears up minor glitches, especially if your device hasn’t been used for a while.

**Before You Start**

Make sure your AIRE 2 is fully charged. If the battery is empty, it may not turn on right after the reset — so giving it a full charge first gives you the best chance of success.

**Steps to Hard Reset**
1. **Press and hold** the power button for **20 seconds**.
2. **Release** the button.
3. **Wait** 2 minutes.
4. **Turn on** the device by **double-tapping** the power button. The warming-up process should start immediately.

💡 *Most of the time, this reset will get your AIRE 2 back on track.*
