# Issues Subscribing to the Newsletter and Receiving your 10% Discount Code

We’re sorry if you’ve run into trouble subscribing to our newsletter or receiving your 10% discount code. Don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix, and you won’t miss out on your discount.

### Common issues and fixes

**1. Error when trying to subscribe**

* Double-check that your email address has been entered correctly (typos are a common cause).
* Make sure you haven’t already subscribed with the same email address. If you have, you may already have received your discount code in the past.
* Try a different **browser** (e.g. Chrome, Safari, Firefox) or clear your browser’s cache and cookies — sometimes older data can block the subscription form from working correctly.

**2. Discount code email hasn’t arrived**

* Check your **spam/junk** or **promotions** folder — sometimes the email ends up there.
* Allow a few minutes after subscribing, as it may take a short time for the email to come through.
* If you still don’t see it, try searching your inbox for “FoodMarble” in case it was delivered to another folder.

**3. Still not working?**

Each customer is eligible for **one newsletter subscription discount per email address**. If you’ve previously subscribed and used a code, a new code won’t be generated with the same email.
