# Pause or Restart the FoodMarble Program

### How to Pause or Restart the FoodMarble Program

**To pause your plan:**
1. Open the **FoodMarble app**
2. Go to **Profile > FoodMarble Program**
3. If the plan is active, you’ll see a **Pause** option at the top right of your screen
4. Tap **Pause / Resume** whenever you need to

**To restart the entire plan:**
1. Follow the steps above to pause your plan
2. Once paused, you’ll see a **Resume** option at the top of the screen
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select **End Plan**
4. This will allow you to start the plan over from the beginning
