# Reviewing your Breath Test Data and Trends

### **Welcome to the FoodMarble app**

The FoodMarble app is packed with features to help you track and understand your digestive health. One of the most important features is breath testing, along with the ability to review your breath test results and other logged data over time using **Trends**.

When you first get started, you’ll be guided to connect your FoodMarble device to the app via Bluetooth. Once connected, you’ll begin with practice breaths, followed by your first breath test.

Each time you take a breath test, your results are instantly available in the app. The same goes for other logged data!

### **Viewing your data > Home Screen is today's snapshot**

To view your latest data:

1. Open the FoodMarble app
2. Tap **Home** in the bottom menu

The Home screen opens on the **Today** view, where you can see:

* Your most recent breath readings presented on a graph showing fermentations levels low to high
* Meals logged with total RDA (Recommended Daily Allowance) indicated in the RDA ring
* Symptoms logged and their severity
* Sleep quality (from the previous night)
* Poop form
* Stress levels
* Medications (for tracking meds and supplements)
* Notes

### **Viewing Trends (Historical data)**

To view past data, switch to the **Trends** tab at the top of the screen.

Trends allows you to explore your data in different formats:

* **List**
* **Day**
* **Week**
* **Month**

Select your preferred view to explore your data.

If you’ve logged enough information, the **Month** view can provide useful insights. Scroll down in this view to see trends across breath tests, meals, symptoms, stool, sleep, and stress.

### **Using the List view**

The **List** view is especially useful, as it shows all entries for a selected day in one place, including:

* Breath tests
* Meals
* Symptoms
* Sleep
* Stool
* Stress
* Medications
* Notes

You can scroll through this list to review or edit entries.

### **How to Edit or Delete Entries**

To edit or update a meal (for example, changing the time or adding a missing ingredient):

* Go to Home > Trends > List
* Find the meal in the list
* Tap the entry you want to change
* Use the **pencil icon** to edit
* Use the **bin icon** to delete

To delete other entries (such as breath tests or symptoms):
* Go to Home > Trends > List
* Tap the **bin icon** at the top right of the List view (located just below the graph)
* Select the entries you want to remove

**Tip**: If you can't find a meal you logged earlier, make sure you are in the List view and have scrolled to the correct date.
