Can I complete a Food Intolerance Test (Challenge) while on antibiotics?

We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks after completing antibiotics before beginning the FoodMarble food intolerance tests (challenges). Antibiotics can disrupt gut bacteria involved in fermentation, so challenge results may be harder to interpret during and shortly after treatment.
