Can I get a copy of my results and other logged data?

While it's currently not possible to export logged data from the app automatically (though this is something we'd like to provide in future), for the moment, our CX team can assist users by providing an excel sheet with raw data as logged in the app. We can arrange to send any user a spreadsheet containing up to 6 months of their logged data.

It's important to highlight that the excel sheet we provide will include only raw data, presented in rows and columns. It does not contain visualised data i.e. graphs like in the app.

Once the user receives their data download, they will be able to review and manipulate the data how ever they wish! 

How do I request my data?

Request a copy of your logged data including the relevant timeframe - remember we can share data from 6 months ago until the present day
Confirm the email address associated with your FoodMarble account in the email

How long does it take to receive my data download?

Please allow between 24-48 hours for us to process your request and longer if we receive your request over the weekend.

If you want to receive your data download ahead of a medical appointment, please tell us the date in your email and we will always try to accommodate your request, when possible.
