Can I view hydrogen and methane readings separately?

If you want to see individual hydrogen and methane values, you can switch to Expert Mode in the app. This displays each gas separately in parts-per-million (PPM), the same standard used in clinical breath testing and lab environments.

This makes it possible to track your methane levels alone if that's what's most relevant to your situation — for example, if you have a confirmed methane SIBO diagnosis and want to monitor that specific gas over time.
