Change of Mind Returns

Returning Your FoodMarble Order



If you’ve changed your mind about your FoodMarble order — don’t worry! We’re here to help every step of the way. Below you’ll find all the information you need about how our returns process works and what to expect.


Our Returns Policy


We accept returns within 21 days of delivery.


Because your FoodMarble device is something you breathe into, we can only accept returns that:


  • Have not been opened (the hygiene seal must still be intact), or
  • Have been found to have a manufacturing defect.


Initiating a Return:


We’re always sorry to see one of our valued customers go, but if you’d like to return your order, simply contact our support team.


To get started, please provide:

  1. Your 6-digit Order ID (e.g., 123456) or the email address used at checkout.
  2. The reason you’d like to return your order.
  3. Clear photos of the items showing they are unopened and unused.


Return Authorisation


Once our support team reviews your photos and confirms your eligibility, they’ll provide return authorisation and send you next steps.


⚠️ Please note:

If a device is returned opened or used, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued. FoodMarble cannot accept responsibility for products that don’t meet our return criteria.


Shipping Your Return


For change-of-mind returns, we recommend using a FoodMarble-issued prepaid return label:

  • The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
  • Your return will be tracked and insured, and in the event of shipment loss, we can guarantee your refund.


If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping:

  • Please use a tracked and insured delivery method.
  • You’ll be responsible for the shipping cost and any risk of loss.
  • If your shipment is lost in transit, you’ll need to contact your chosen shipping provider directly to file a claim.


Receiving Your Refund:


  • Returns are generally processed within 5–10 business days of receipt.
  • Once your returned items have been inspected and approved, we’ll issue your refund.
  • Refunds may take 8–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation as soon as your refund is processed.
