Warranty Information
Your FoodMarble device comes with a one-year warranty, starting from the date your order is shipped to you.
If your device develops a fault due to a manufacturing defect during this period, our team will help you with troubleshooting and, if necessary, provide a replacement free of charge.
Please note that accidental damage is not covered under the warranty, but we can offer an upgrade discount to existing FoodMarble customers - reach out to our team by chat through the app or email at hello@foodmarble.com
