How to Get a Copy of Your FoodMarble Data
Can I Get a Copy of My Results and Logged Data?
We understand how valuable your data can be — whether you want to share it with your healthcare provider, review progress, or simply take a closer look yourself. While it’s not yet possible to automatically export data directly from the app (something we hope to offer soon!), our Customer Experience (CX) team can provide you with a spreadsheet containing your raw logged data.
What’s included in the download?
- Your data will be provided in an Excel spreadsheet.
- The sheet will include raw data only (rows and columns).
- Please note: the download does not include visualised graphs or charts like you see in the app.
Once you have your file, you’re free to review, sort, and manipulate the data however you like!
How to request your data
To request a copy of your data:
- Email our support team at [hello@foodmarble.com]().
- Request a copy of your logged data, specifying the timeframe (we can provide data from up to 6 months ago through to the present day).
- Confirm the email address linked to your FoodMarble account so we can verify your request.
How long does it take?
- Most requests are processed within 24–48 hours.
- Requests made over the weekend may take a little longer.
- If you need your data urgently — for example, ahead of a medical appointment — please mention the date in your email. We’ll always do our best to accommodate your request.
