If I upgrade my device will I lose my data?


Whether you're upgrading from AIRE to AIRE 2 or if you received a replacement FoodMarble device due to a technical issue, you can rest assured that you will not lose your historic FoodMarble data.

No data is stored on the device itself. All of your logged data is linked to your FoodMarble account which you access with your user login details. This data is backed up on FoodMarble servers, provided you have a stable internet connection and/or connect to wifi regularly.

A device upgrade should be a completely seamless experience from this perspective.
