Common issues and fixes
1. Error when trying to subscribe
- Double-check that your email address has been entered correctly (typos are a common cause).
- Make sure you haven’t already subscribed with the same email address. If you have, you may already have received your discount code in the past.

2. Discount code email hasn’t arrived

A quick note
Each customer is eligible for one newsletter subscription discount per email address. If you’ve previously subscribed and used a code, a new code won’t be generated with the same email.
