My Order Says Delivered but I Haven’t Received It


We understand how frustrating it can be to see your order marked as delivered but not have the package in your hands. Don’t worry — this can happen for a few different reasons, and in most cases the package turns up safely within a day or two.


✅ First checks to try


  • Look around your property: Couriers sometimes leave packages in safe places (e.g. porch, garage, behind bins, or with a neighbour).
  • Ask household members or neighbours: Someone else at your address may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
  • Check delivery notes or emails: Some couriers include a photo, map, or note about where the package was left.


📦 If you still can’t find it


  • Wait 24 hours — occasionally packages are marked as delivered a little early and arrive the next day.
  • Contact the courier directly (using the tracking number we provided). They may be able to confirm exactly where the parcel was left.

  • The shipping address used
  • Any details you’ve received from the courier
