Not Receiving Emails From FoodMarble?


If you’re using an email provider such as Microsoft (Outlook / Hotmail / Live) or Yahoo and aren’t receiving emails from us, they may be filtered into spam or blocked by your email provider.


Please follow the steps below to help ensure our emails reach your inbox.


1. Check your Spam or Junk folder


Start by checking your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.


If you find an email from FoodMarble:


  • Open the email
  • Mark it as “Not Spam” or “Not Junk”


This helps your email provider recognise future messages as safe.


2. Add our email address to your contacts


Add the following address to your email contacts or address book:



This is one of the most effective ways to prevent emails from being filtered.


3. Search your inbox


Use your email search bar and try searching for:



Sometimes emails are delivered but sorted into unexpected folders.


4. Check email rules or filters


Some email providers automatically create rules that move or delete emails.


Check your settings to make sure there are no rules filtering or blocking emails from FoodMarble.


5. Using Microsoft or Yahoo email?


Microsoft and Yahoo email providers can be particularly strict with filtering. Completing the steps above is strongly recommended if you use:


  • Outlook
  • Hotmail
  • Live
  • Yahoo Mail
