Express shipping is available for device orders only (not for test kit–only orders).

Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
Please note:
- We do not ship orders over the weekend.
- If your order was placed during a weekend, it will begin processing on the next business day.
- Tracking may not update immediately after the label is created. If you don’t see movement yet, please wait until the end of the day or the next business day for the courier website to refresh.
If you haven’t received a tracking email yet, your order may still be processing for dispatch.
