What are the delivery times, methods and costs?

Delivery Options

We offer free standard shipping and an express shipping method as options to most shipping destinations.

Free standard shipping is only available for device purchase orders. Food intolerance test kit orders on their own are subject to shipping charges.

Standard shipping times

US = 4-7 business days

CA = 12-18 business days

UK = 7-10 business days

Ireland = 1-3 business days

Europe = 7-10 business days

Australia = 12-18 business days

New Zealand = 12-18 business days

Express shipping

US = 2-4 business days (9 USD)

UK = 2-5 business days (9 GBP)

Europe = 2-5 business days (8 EURO)

Australia = 2-5 business days (37 AUD)

New Zealand = 2-5 business days (40 NZD)

Express shipping is not available for shipments containing only the food intolerance test kit and standard shipping charges apply when the kit is purchased on its own.
