AIRE 2: Charging port / mouthpiece confusion
If you've just unboxed your new AIRE 2 and have found yourself scratching your head, asking '_what's what?_' or '_what goes where?_', this help guide will clarify a few of the basics.
Firstly, your AIRE 2 power button is the flat square button on the body of the device. To power on your device, you can double press the button in a swift motion and the LED lights should ignite, provided your device has sufficient charge.
If you need to charge your AIRE 2, you will find the charging port on the side of the device. AIRE 2 comes with a USB-C charging cable.
Last but not least, the AIRE 2 mouthpiece, which you breathe through when taking a breath test, is located at the top of the device (as shown in the image below). The mouthpiece is distinguished by its shiny finish and there is a small lip on the mouthpiece to help with its removal for cleaning purposes.
WARNING: Some users have confused the mouthpiece for the charging port and pushed their charging cable into the filter, damaging it. If this happens to you, please do let us know and we will replace your mouthpiece.
