Continuous vibration help - Stalling issue explained
Have you ever noticed your AIRE 2 enter a state of continuous vibration?
Stalling explained: In some cases, when your AIRE 2 bluetooth connection is interrupted, it can enter a stalling phase where it vibrates continuously. While this may seem like a worrying issue, it's not actually a serious problem and there are steps to quickly overcome the behavior.
Troubleshooting steps:
Double tap on the power button - by swiftly tapping on the AIRE 2 power button, you will initiate a restart of the device, which generally helps to stop the continuous vibration.
Once your device has stopped vibrating, you can double-tap again to power it on and resume testing.
In the unlikely situation where the above steps don't help, a hard reset of your device should do the trick.
Hard Reset:
Press and hold the power button on your AIRE 2 for 20 seconds. This process forces the device to shut down and reset, clearing any temporary glitches causing the continuous vibration.
Restarting post-reset: After the hard reset, restart your device with a swift double-tap on the power button, and attempt to reconnect to your smartphone. You can learn more about this by clicking here.
