Why Your AIRE 2 Might Vibrate Continuously (and How to Fix It)
Have you noticed your AIRE 2 enter a state of continuous vibration? It can feel a little alarming at first, but don’t worry — this isn’t a serious fault. It simply means your device has gone into what we call a stalling phase, which can happen if the Bluetooth connection is briefly interrupted.
The good news? This is usually something you can fix yourself very quickly!
Stop the vibration with a single tap
If your AIRE 2 is stalling, press the power button once. This should stop the continuous vibration immediately.
If your device was already warmed up for a breath test and suddenly stalls, a single tap will stop the vibration without turning it off — so you won’t need to wait for it to warm up again before testing.
Note: During a stall, double-tapping the power button will also clear the issue, but it restarts the device completely. That means you’ll need to wait for it to warm up again. So remember — a single tap is all that’s needed to stop the stall.
