How to perform a hard reset on your AIRE 2

Imagine that your AIRE 2 device is like a computer. Sometimes, computers can start to act up, especially if they haven't been used in a while. A hard reset of your AIRE 2 is just a simple reboot to get things back on track.

Firstly, make sure the device is fully charged before performing the reset. This is to avoid the fact that the device may not turn on if its battery is empty.

Now to perform a hard reset on your AIRE 2 device, all you need to do is press the power button and hold it down for 20 seconds.

After the long press, double-tap on your AIRE 2 device power button, to turn it on. It should start the warming up process straightaway.
