Help! My AIRE 2 won't connect to my phone!
If you’re having trouble connecting your AIRE 2 to your phone, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix. Follow the steps below to get reconnected.
🔄 Step 1: Try Reconnecting Through the App
- Open the FoodMarble app and make sure your AIRE 2 is turned on.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap My Device.
- Select Pair Device.
If this doesn’t resolve the issue, move on to the next steps.
⚙️ Step 2: Check Your Phone Settings
- Make sure the FoodMarble app has permission to access your location.
- Always connect your AIRE 2 through the app, not directly via your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
- Try toggling Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Airplane Mode on and off.
- Forget all Bluetooth connections on your phone, then try pairing again.
- Keep your AIRE 2 close to your phone to ensure a strong connection.
- Make sure your device is charged, as low battery can affect connectivity.
