Help! My AIRE 2 won't connect to my phone!

If you’re having trouble connecting your AIRE 2 to your phone, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix. Follow the steps below to get reconnected.


🔄 Step 1: Try Reconnecting Through the App


  1. Open the FoodMarble app and make sure your AIRE 2 is turned on.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Tap My Device.
  4. Select Pair Device.

If this doesn’t resolve the issue, move on to the next steps.


⚙️ Step 2: Check Your Phone Settings


  • Make sure the FoodMarble app has permission to access your location.
  • Always connect your AIRE 2 through the app, not directly via your phone’s Bluetooth settings.
  • Try toggling Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Airplane Mode on and off.
  • Forget all Bluetooth connections on your phone, then try pairing again.
  • Keep your AIRE 2 close to your phone to ensure a strong connection.
  • Make sure your device is charged, as low battery can affect connectivity.
