Help! My AIRE 2 Won't Power On!

AIRE 2 Won’t Hold Charge or Power On

If your AIRE 2 doesn't seem to be holding charge and you can't power it on, try the steps below to get your device up and running again.

🔌 Step 1: Check Your Charger and Cable

1. Plug your AIRE 2 into a different charging cable and adapter.
2. Make sure it’s charging for at least 90 minutes.
3. Check that the charging lights on your device turn on.

💡 Step 2: If the Charging Lights Don’t Come On

If the lights don’t come on, regardless of which cable or power source you try, please send us a short video showing this issue.

⚙️ Step 3: If the Charging Lights Do Come On

If the lights do appear while charging, but the device still won’t power on, the issue might be how the power button is being pressed.

To turn on your AIRE 2, it needs a swift double-tap on the centre of the button, not a long press.
