How to Fix AIRE 2 Connection Issues (Troubleshooting Guide)
Troubleshooting: Connecting Your AIRE 2 to Your Phone
We know how frustrating it can be when your device doesn’t connect right away — but don’t worry, most pairing issues are easy to fix.
Try the steps below and you should be up and running in no time.
Step 1 – Standard Pairing
- Open the FoodMarble app and power on your AIRE 2.
- Go to Profile > My Device.
- Tap Pair Device.
Step 2 – If Pairing Fails
Here are some quick checks that usually resolve the issue:
- ✅ Check that the app has location permissions enabled.
- ✅ Always connect via the FoodMarble app, not through your phone’s Bluetooth menu.
- ✅ Toggle Bluetooth, WiFi, or Airplane Mode on and off. Airplane Mode can be toggled off after ~30 seconds.
- ✅ Forget/remove old Bluetooth connections, then try again.
- ✅ Keep your AIRE 2 close to your phone during pairing.
- ✅ Ensure your device is charged, as a low battery can affect connectivity.
