My data has disappeared

If your data has disappeared from the FoodMarble app, please be aware that this may happen when there is an interruption in your device's connection.

To fix this issue, please make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection, either through cellular data or WiFi. Once you have a good connection, please log out of the app and back in.

Your data should have reappeared once you have logged back in. If this strategy doesn't work for you, please email us at for further assistance.
