Not Seeing Your Challenge Result? Here’s How We Can Help

Not seeing your Challenge result in the app?


We know how much effort you put into completing a Challenge. From fasting for a 12-hour period to preparing the substrate and then testing consistently over the 3-hour period. Once you’ve finished, your final result should appear in the Discovery section of the app under Results.


If it’s not showing, don’t worry — here’s what you need to know.


What does it mean if my result hasn’t registered?


Occasionally, results don’t appear as expected in the app. If this happens, please reach out to the FoodMarble support team so we can investigate and get things back on track:

We’re here to help, and no matter the issue, we’ll work with you to make sure you can continue your discovery journey.


Possible reasons your result didn’t register


  • You may have logged out of the app during the Challenge
  • The app may have crashed (updating to the latest version of the app before a Challenge helps prevent this)
  • A technical bug in the app that we’ll log and investigate with our development team


Do I need to take the test again?


In some cases, if we’re unable to retrieve your final score, you may need to repeat the FODMAP test.


✅ Rest assured — if this happens, we’ll send you a replacement substrate packet free of charge so you can try again without losing momentum.
