Troubleshooting Continuous Vibration on AIRE 2

Why Your AIRE 2 Might Vibrate Continuously (and How to Fix It)

Have you ever noticed your AIRE 2 enter a state of continuous vibration? It can feel a little alarming at first, but don’t worry — this isn’t a serious fault. It simply means your device has gone into what we call a stalling phase. This may happen because the Bluetooth connection was interrupted.

The good news? This is generally something you can fix yourself in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Stop the vibration in the moment

If your AIRE 2 is stalling, you can usually press the power button once to stop the continuous vibration straight away.

Step 2: Try a quick restart

After stopping the vibration, a restart will usually prevent it from continuing.

  1. Double-tap the power button quickly – this will restart your AIRE 2.
  2. Once the vibration stops, double-tap again to power the device back on.
  3. You can now reconnect and continue testing as normal.

Step 3: If needed, perform a hard reset

If the quick fixes don’t work, don’t worry — a hard reset almost always solves the issue.

  1. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds.

This forces your device to shut down and clear any temporary glitch.

  1. After the reset, double-tap the power button to restart your AIRE 2.
  2. Try reconnecting to your smartphone to resume testing.

Step 4: Reach out if you need us

A quick press of the power button, followed by a restart if needed, will usually get things back to normal. And if you ever feel stuck, you’re not alone — our team is always here to support you.
