AIRE 2 Basics: Powering On, Charging, and Mouthpiece

Getting Started with Your New AIRE 2

Unboxing a new device can sometimes feel a little confusing — and that’s completely normal. If you’ve found yourself wondering “what’s what?” or “where does this go?”, you’re not alone. This guide will walk you through the basics so you can feel confident using your AIRE 2 right from the start.

Powering on your AIRE 2

Your AIRE 2 power button is the flat, square button on the body of the device. To switch it on, simply double-press the button. If your device has enough charge, you’ll see the LED lights glow to confirm it’s powered on.

Tip: A swift double-press works best — if you press too slowly, the device may not register the action.

Charging your device

You’ll find the charging port on the side of your AIRE 2. Every device comes with a USB-C charging cable so you can easily power it up. Make sure your AIRE 2 is fully charged before beginning your first tests for the smoothest experience.

The mouthpiece

At the top of your device, you’ll find the mouthpiece — this is where you breathe through during a test. The mouthpiece has a shiny finish and a small lip to make it easy to remove for cleaning. Keeping it clean will help ensure your readings are accurate and your device stays in good condition. Use a damp cloth or an alcohol free cleaning wipe to clean your mouthpiece, as needed.

Important note

⚠️ Some users have accidentally mistaken the mouthpiece for the charging port and pushed the charging cable into it, which can damage the filter. If this ever happens to you, please don’t worry — just reach out to us and we’ll be happy to replace your mouthpiece.

You’re off to a great start

Now that you know the essentials — how to power on, charge, and identify the mouthpiece — you’re ready to begin exploring your AIRE 2. It may take a little practice at first, but you’ll quickly feel comfortable using it as part of your routine. Remember, every step you take is a step toward learning more about your digestive health, and we’re here to support you along the way.
