Device Rattle Explained: Causes, Checks, and Next Steps
Device Rattle – What’s Causing It and What to Do
We know it can be worrying to hear a rattle. The good news is that, in most cases, a rattle simply means a small internal piece (often part of the plastic casing) has come loose - this can happen after an accidental drop or a knock.
Do I need to worry?
If your device is otherwise behaving normally, you usually don’t need to be concerned:
- Powers on as expected
- Charges fully
- Connects to the app
- Captures breath readings as before
Keep using it and keep an eye on it. If performance stays normal, the rattle alone typically isn’t a problem.
