Firmware Updates

Updating Your FoodMarble Device Firmware


From time to time, FoodMarble releases firmware updates to keep your device running at its best.


You’ll either see a notification within the app, or you can check manually for updates by going to:

FoodMarble app > Profile > My Device


Before You Start

To make sure the update goes smoothly, please check the following:

  • ✅ Your FoodMarble device is powered on and paired with the app
  • ✅ Both your device and your phone have at least 50% battery charge
  • ✅ You have a strong internet or cellular connection


Troubleshooting Tips

If the update doesn’t work the first time:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the FoodMarble app, then try again.
  2. If you’re still having trouble, pair your device with a different phone and attempt the update there.


Rare Cases

It’s very unusual for updates to fail after these steps. If it does happen, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and encourage you to contact our support team hello@foodmarble.com - we can help resolve your issue.
