My data has disappeared

Why Has My Data Disappeared from the FoodMarble App?


We know how important your data is - every breath test helps you learn more about your digestion. Occasionally, you may notice that your data seems to have disappeared from the app. Don’t worry - this is usually a simple connection issue.


How to Fix It


  1. Check that you have a strong, stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or cellular data).
  2. Log out of the FoodMarble app.
  3. Log back in again.


In most cases, your data will reappear once you’ve reconnected.
