Troubleshooting Your AIRE 2: What to Do If It Suddenly Isn’t Working as Expected
Has your AIRE 2 started acting up out of nowhere? Maybe you haven’t used your device in a few weeks (or even longer), and now that you’re back to testing, it doesn’t seem to perform the way it used to. Don’t worry — in most cases, a few simple checks on your app and device firmware can get things running smoothly again.
✅ Step 1: Check your FoodMarble app
- Update the app: Make sure you’re using the latest version from the Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS). Updates often include bug fixes, performance improvements, and new features.
- Reinstall if needed: If issues persist, delete the app and reinstall it from scratch. This often resolves hidden glitches.
✅ Step 2: Check your device firmware
Keeping your device firmware up to date is just as important as updating the app. Here’s how to check your version:
- Open the FoodMarble app
- Go to Profile
- Select My Device and review the firmware version
👉 If you see that a firmware update is available, please complete it — this often resolves the issues you may be experiencing.
Tips for updating firmware:
- Make sure your device is powered on and paired with the app
- Ensure both your device and phone have more than 50% battery charge
- Use a strong internet or cellular connection to avoid interruptions
