I can't pair my AIRE 2 device via Bluetooth
If you’re experiencing connectivity issues between your AIRE 2 device and the FoodMarble app, we always recommend checking the following:
Ensure your device is turned on and placed near your phone
To turn on the AIRE 2 device, double-tap the power button.
It’s important to keep the device close to your phone to improve the signal.
It may also be necessary to remove your phone case for the device to connect.
Grant permission to allow FoodMarble to access Bluetooth
For iPhone:
a. Go to Settings
b. Find and select “FoodMarble” in settings. You can either scroll down or, use the search bar at the top to find it.
c. Turn on “Bluetooth” to allow FoodMarble access
Turn off/on Bluetooth
Ensure your phones Bluetooth is turned on.
If so, turn it off and back on again in your phones Bluetooth settings to reset the Bluetooth connection.

Unpair and Re-pair your device
a. Open the FoodMarble app
b. Go to Profile (located at the bottom right-hand corner of the home screen)
c. Tap My Device
d. Tap "Unpair" if already paired
e. Then tap “Pair” to re-pair your device
Reboot the app
To refresh the app, close and reopen the FoodMarble app:

To optimize device connectivity, close any other apps on your phone that also use Bluetooth.
Restart your phone
Turn off your phone completely and wait a few seconds, then turn your phone back on. This can also help reset the Bluetooth connection.

If the above steps, didn't help - here are some additional troubleshooting steps you may need to perform:
Ensure your app is updated to the latest version on the App Store / Google Play Store
Regularly updating your FoodMarble app ensures you have access to the latest features and performance improvements.
To check for updates, visit either the App store or Google Play Store on your phone, search ‘FoodMarble’, and check if the app offers the option to “Update” - this will appear as a button next to the app profile on the Store.
If so, tap Update and wait for the installation to finish.
Ensure your FoodMarble device and phone are well charged
Sometimes a low battery can interfere with Bluetooth performance. Please charge both your phone and FoodMarble device.
Pair your device within the FoodMarble app:
Do not try to pair your FoodMarble device to your phone through your phone's settings, as this can cause issues.
If you've done this, please "forget" your AIRE / AIRE 2 from your Bluetooth.
How to “forget your device” on iPhone
a. Navigate to your phone's settings
b. Tap "Bluetooth"
c. Tap the "i" next to the name of your device
d. Then tap "forget this device".
How to “forget your device” on Android
a. Swipe down from the top of the screen.
b. Touch and hold Bluetooth icon
- If your accessory is listed under "Available media devices," next to your device's name, tap Settings .
- If no accessories are listed under "Previously connected devices," tap See all. Next to your accessory's name, tap Settings.
c. To remove the device from your phone completely, tap “Forget”.
Android 12 and lower: Ensure “location” is turned on and grant permission for the FoodMarble app to use your location.
We require location services to be turned on while using the FoodMarble app as it's a requirement for Android Bluetooth to work.
We don’t use your location for any other purposes.
